MexiCrate Unboxing

I love subscription boxes. I have tried Ipsy and FabFitFun, so I decided to try out a couple snack boxes. I was hesitant when purchasing Mexicrate because I wasn’t 100% sure if it was a legitimate company. They were offering 40% off your first box for Black Friday, so I decided to give it a shot. Now I purchased this subscription box as a Christmas with the idea of canceling my subscription once the first box arrives.

I ordered the King’s box which is priced at $34.99 with free shipping. MexiCrate claims that the King’s box is their largest subscription option. It contains premium snack items that are hard to find.

I’m intrigued by their Pan Dulce Mexican Pastry Box, but I’d prefer to go to a bakery for fresher pastries.

The box arrived within a week of the shipping date. It came in a plain brown box with one sheet of blue tissue paper. This subscription box could definitely benefit from better presentation. 16 items in all, but 14 different kinds of treats. I would say that this is subscription box is overpriced but is a great gift idea!

I am not sponsored. I purchased this on my own, and these are my honest opinions.
